Who we are
This website is run by YO Consultants Ltd, trading as Moolai (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England under company number 03354042, with its registered office at 4a Blake Mews, Kew Gardens, Surrey TW9 3QA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our enquiry channels. You can contact us at ask@moolai.co.uk or on 0203 051 2992.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, or contact us by phone, email or through our demo line, we collect what you give us, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business and details of your enquiry.
Calls to our demo and enquiry lines
Calls may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your enquiry, improve our service and keep records. You will be told this at the start of the call.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
- To deliver services you sign up for (contract).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To send marketing, only with your consent. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our telephony and AI voice platform, email and hosting providers, and our accountants. They act on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records and call recordings are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept for the life of the contract and up to six years afterwards for legal and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy to be transferred. Contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
